So, I decided to embark on a Tuesday lunchtime adventure, just your typical caffeine connoisseur doing field research. And where did I end up, you ask? None other than the Starbucks right here in town.
First things first, it wasn’t packed, however, there was a steady flow of folks strutting in and out, most of them of the masculine persuasion. Yes, more men than women – jackpot! These weren’t just random passersby, no sir, they looked like professionals, lured in by the siren song of caffeine just like the rest of us.
Now, the interior – it’s very desirable for workspace. There’s enough room to spread out and stretch your legs. And, let’s not forget the pièce de résistance, an outdoor seating area facing Tustin Avenue. Oh, and yes, Tustin Avenue, my friends, it’s a busy street. You can totally plant yourself there and make sultry eye contact with the passersby. I mean, it might sound a tad creepy, but hey, sometimes all it takes is a 1-second eye-lock and a quick smile, right? Of course, use your powers of selection wisely.
Now, parking and escaping this coffee haven in the mornings? Well, that’s where it gets tricky. It’s a bit of a Tetris game. But trust me, during the week, when the business crowd flocks in, it’s worth the juggling act. As for the weekend? That’s a mystery yet to be unraveled.

I like this location too because it’s right off the freeway. There’s another coffee place across the street that’s tucked away that I can’t think of the name.
